The Germany business unit, as the largest subsidiary, offers one of the most exciting and dynamic business environments within the Beiersdorf Group. As an intern, you will be part of the Connected Communication Management Team for NIVEA Germany and work closely with colleagues from the areas of Media, Influencer Marketing, and Brand Management.

Your Tasks

1. Support the team with NIVEA media campaigns in Germany across all channels - from TV to online video and influencer marketing.
2. Monitor and report on digital campaign performance in various ad managers, e.g., YouTube / DV360, Meta, TikTok.
3. Coordinate, monitor, and align project-related measures with agencies and service providers for NIVEA campaigns.
4. Support influencer activations - from campaigns to events.
5. Investigate competitive activities and market trends.

Your Profile

1. University or college degree, preferably in business administration with a focus on marketing.
2. Initial practical experience through previous internships and/or working student positions in marketing or an agency.
3. Structured and analytical working style.
4. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
5. Good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
6. Strong affinity for social media and digital platforms.
7. Initial experience in project management.
