We, the BMW Group, offer you an interesting and varied internship in the area of International Sales Steering BMW Motorrad. In our team, we are responsible for the volume target and result steering of BMW Motorrad. Our field of activity is internationally oriented, our daily life is diverse, varied, and interesting at the same time. We work closely with many other departments to ensure that our plans become a reality. Whether future sales volumes or financial aspects, we engage in close dialogue with Regions and Markets, as well as Sales, Finance and Controlling colleagues.

What awaits you?

1. Support our team in target and result steering, fixed costs steering, market strategies analysis, and reporting.
2. Perform analytical tasks in the fields of results management, process representation, scenario evaluation, and project development.
3. Assist with reporting for the steering team in the BMW Motorrad department.
4. Gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day business operations.

What should you bring along?

1. Students in the fields of Business Administration or Industrial Engineering, with a focus on international management, marketing, or operations.
2. Currently in the second half of your Bachelor's or Master's program.
3. Previous experience in sales management or marketing, and in an international environment, is desirable.
4. Strong proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
5. Self-initiative, strategic mindset, and the ability to think outside the box.
6. Fluency in English.
