Your Tasks
- Support the Shape of Global Talent Management: Develop concepts, conduct research, and analyze data to support the implementation of innovative Talent Management practices (including Talent Assessment, Development, and Succession Planning).
- Create Impactful Training Materials: Design, develop, and implement training programs and resources for Employees, Managers, and the HR Community.
- Take Ownership: Manage independent projects, such as creating guides, preparing workshops, and organizing team activities and more.
- Optimize Digital Platforms: Manage and enhance internal platforms like SharePoint and support administrative tasks for Succession.
- Be Part of a Great Team: Collaborate with an inspiring, international team and enjoy a dynamic, supportive work environment – fun included!
Your Profile
- Advanced studies: in economics, psychology, communication sciences, or a related field.
- Enrollment requirement: Properly enrolled throughout the internship or during a gap year.
- Relevant experience: Prior internships or work experience in related companies.
- Analytical mindset: Strong analytical skills, high motivation, and a desire to learn and grow.
- Detail-oriented: Accuracy and precision are your strengths.
- Effective communicator: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at various hierarchical levels.
- Language proficiency: Fluency in English (written and verbal).
