Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, International Business, Digital Marketing) and enrolled for the entire duration of the employment.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to interact effectively in an international team.
Fast learner with a structured approach to work.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to efficiently prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Creative mindset with a passion for sports, fashion, and innovation.
Strong interest in and/or familiarity with eCommerce, UX/UI design or consumer behavior is a plus.

YOUR MISSION
YOUR MISSION:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven intern to join our Global eCommerce Digital Consumer Experience team. In this role, you will become an integral part of our team, working with us to continuously improve and design the best user experience across all digital consumer touchpoints worldwide.
Join a global team and work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, marketing, and development to build and optimize sales flows and user journeys.
Support UX research projects through the design, testing, and reporting phases. Translate research findings into user-centered design decisions.
Help create reports and dashboards to monitor the performance of key performance metrics. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Conduct research on industry trends, competitor solutions, and digital best practices to help identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Play an active role in coordinating various projects and initiatives, ensuring timelines are met and communication flows smoothly between stakeholders.
