Duration : 3-6 months

Location : Onsite in Munich

Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented and motivated 3D Artist Intern. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in creating high-quality 3D visualizations and animations to support innovative design projects at AVATR. You will work closely with designers, visualization artists, and engineering teams to bring conceptual ideas to life through advanced 3D modeling, rendering, and post-production techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design visualization team to produce photorealistic 3D models of vehicles, components, and environments.
• Assist in creating high-quality renders and animations for presentations, reviews, and marketing materials.
• Support post-production workflows for renders, including compositing, color correction, and enhancing visual quality.
• Explore new tools and techniques to elevate the realism and efficiency of 3D visualizations.
• Maintain organized file structures and documentation for projects.
  
  

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• A portfolio demonstrating creative art direction and high-quality visualizations.
• Strong skills in 3D rendering, texturing, and lighting using industry-standard software such as:
• Unreal Engine, Cinema 4D, Blender or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Photoshop or other post-production software for image enhancement.
• Familiarity with real-time rendering engines and VR/AR workflows.
• Understanding of design processes, particularly in automotive design or product visualization.
• Ability to work well within a team, follow guidance, and meet project deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating stunning visuals.
• Basic knowledge of automotive design language, trends, and technologies.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in 3D Animation, Industrial Design, Digital Arts, or a related field.
• Fluent in English.
