As an Integration Specialist, you will utilize your security cooperation experience and knowledge to bring your policy, process, authorities, and planning subject matter expertise to work on projects for our Air Force client. You’ll gather data and conduct gap assessments to provide recommendations for security cooperation operations, activities, and investments that gain access and build requisite allied and partner nation security force capabilities and capacity in partnership with US interagency and international contributors as a key Assessment, Monitoring and Evaluation (AM&E) expert. You’ll help with identifying, analyzing, and evaluating complex systems, policies, and processes, and support the development of military sales requirements definition and documentation, including partner nation assessments and training, equipment, and services lists. Support the tracking and maintenance of pseudo-FMS program lifecycle assessment, training, equipment, and services data to inform development of future pseudo-FMS programs and support Air Force client agility in responding to and reporting programmatic changes.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
