Your role and responsibilities

  • Consult and grow revenues with an existing portfolio of specific customer levels
  • Generate qualified sales opportunities by observing the customer’s business environment
  • Spot calls to promising customers based on big QT/SO
  • Strengthen cooperation / relationship with customers by providing MISUMI’s specific solutions for their business needs
  • Increase customer satisfaction by identifying and resolving customer concerns and issues
  • Track customer info, upcoming projects, forecasts and reports; maintain prospect customer list for sales leads in CRM
  • Facilitate teamwork by working closely within the international Sales team and together with all departments at the European central office
  • Support with our e-commerce strategy EDI/OCI, enabling customer independence to use Misumi online tools

Your profile

  • You have completed a technical degree with a business focus (e.g. industrial engineering), a commercial degree with a clear technical affinity (e.g. technical business administration) or a comparable completed apprenticeship with relevant professional experience in sales.
  • You bring extensive experience in establishing and expanding long-term customer relationships and demonstrate strong communication skills.
  • You have good presentation skills, and your appearance is confident and self-assured.
  • Your working style is characterized by entrepreneurial and results-oriented thinking and acting.
  • You are experienced in working from a home environment - being disciplined and staying motivated.
  • You are customer-oriented, a team player, show initiative, and work independently as a matter of course.
  • You are business fluent in Hungarian, Romanian, and English.
