Inside Sales Representative - Healthcare Sector

Location: Flexible within regions North/East/South/West of Germany.
Department: Sales (Inside)

Are you passionate about sales and looking for a dynamic role with growth potential? A healthcare-focused company is currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join its team, specializing in outreach and relationship-building within the healthcare sector. This role is designed for individuals with a foundation in sales who are enthusiastic about making meaningful connections with clients.

Role Overview:
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, actively reaching out to health care professionals-primarily general practitioners, gynaecologists, and internists-to promote innovative DiGA products such as zanadio and PINK! Working in close coordination with a supportive team, the Representative will aim to achieve key sales targets while building sustainable relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate will join a team that values open communication, process-driven strategies, and collaborative coordination across regions (North/East/South/West).

Key Responsibilities:
Client Outreach: Engage with physicians and health care specialists to introduce products and establish long-term relationships.
Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process, from scheduling initial appointments to pitching products over the phone, virtually, and in person at practices.
Documentation: Accurately document activities, client interactions, and key insights within the CRM system to support strategic initiatives.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with both the Inside and Field Sales teams to align on processes, strategies, and regional sales goals.

Candidate Requirements:
Sales Foundation: Demonstrates prior experience in sales with a focus on telephoning.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills for building client relationships.
Motivated and Results-Oriented: A high level of drive to meet and exceed targets.
Healthcare Experience: Preferred but not required.
Team Player: Able to work effectively within a regionally distributed and close-knit team.
