What you'll do
- In this role you will play an active role in the global KNAUF IT transformation by analyzing business requirements and consulting on the optimization of Knauf Finance and controlling processes.
- In partnership with stakeholders and process leaders you will design proper IT-based solutions to meet availability and quality targets.
- You will define technical specifications for SW-development (standards, design patterns, test cases, scenarios) and manage the life cycle of designed solutions.
- As a member of the change advisory board you will assist role-out and improvements projects in the area of Finance and Controlling and support demand and change management within the company.
- To improve Finance-to-Close processes and support a smart procurement approach you will actively scan for relevant innovations and new technologies to suggest further opportunities.
Who you are
- Through your proven experience in designing, implementing, and enhancing IT-based Finance-to-Close processes in global organizations, you showcase your ability to drive efficiency.
- You have strong expertise in SAP-FI, with basic knowledge of related SAP modules (SD, MM, PP), and beneficial experience with S/4 HANA.
- Your proficiency in business process, project, and service management tools and concepts (e.g., SAP ASAP, SAP Solution Manager, ITIL, SCRUM) is ideally paired with certifications.
- Effective communication while engaging with IT colleagues and business stakeholders at all levels of the organization rounds up your profile.
- With a positive 'can do' attitude, passion for driving change at KNAUF, and the willingness to travel to KNAUF sites worldwide, you can inspire collaboration and innovation that will elevate our projects.
