Summary

We are looking for an “Information Security Officer (f/m/d)” for the “Cyber Security” department in Ulm, Taufkirchen, Immenstaad or Oberkochen as soon as possible.

The “Cyber Security” department plans and designs solutions to protect HENSOLDT from cyber attacks in the long term. In addition, it is the central point of contact for all questions relating to cyber security, carries out company-wide awareness measures on the subject of cyber security and advises the specialist departments on the special features relevant to secret protection.

Your Tasks

• Continuous improvement of the information security management system (ISMS) throughout the Hensoldt Group incl. Certifications (ISO 27001, CMMC, BSI basic protection)

• Creation, further development and training of guidelines and work instructions

• Implementation of risk management in IM

• Conducting security assessments in Germany and at the international companies

• Advising and supporting the HENSOLDT units in the implementation of effective IT / OT and cyber risk management procedures

• Participation in company-wide business continuity management and emergency planning

• Processing inquiries from customers and suppliers regarding information security

Your Profile

• Completed IT vocational training or studies

• Several years of professional experience in IT security or information security as well as knowledge of current legal requirements and cyber security standards

• Further training / certification in the field of information security management

• Experience in the area of risk management

• Knowledge of IT components, infrastructures, networks, typical server and client applications

• Proactive and independent way of working

• Ability to work in a team and solution-oriented approach

• Fluency in German and English
