Influencer - Social Media - Marketing & Events Specialist

We are a dynamic and fast-growing brand looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Influencer & Social Media Marketing professional to join our team in Germany. This role is perfect for someone with a strong understanding of influencer marketing, social media engagement, and event coordination.

The Position

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Influencer - Social Media - Marketing & Events specialist to drive brand awareness, manage influencer partnerships, and execute engaging marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in daily influencer marketing tasks, including outreach, onboarding, and performance tracking.
2. Handle administrative work such as scheduling, reporting, invoice handling, and data entry.
3. Coordinate product send-outs and manage logistics.
4. Support event planning, execution, and follow-ups.
5. Negotiate with stakeholders, including influencers, agencies, and event partners.
6. Manage social media community engagement: respond to comments, messages, and interact with followers.
7. Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare reports.
8. Conduct trend research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.

Qualifications

1. Education Qualifications: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
2. Experience: 1-3 years in influencer marketing, social media marketing, community management, events, or PR.
3. Organization & Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
4. Communication: Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and written skills.
5. Analytical Skills: Understanding of campaign metrics, reporting tools, and trend analysis.
6. Tech-Savvy: Experience with influencer marketing platforms, social media tools, and MS Office/Google Suite.
7. Creativity & Adaptability: Ability to identify trends and think strategically in a fast-paced environment.
8. Social Media Expertise: Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and community management best practices.
9. Language Skills: Native German, strong English skills, Spanish is a plus.
