About the Position
In less than three years, we've profitably scaled HOLY to more than 50M€ in revenue. A significant factor in our success has been our efficient marketing execution, powered by influencer marketing.
This position offers the rare opportunity to bring an already high-performing department to the next level and build the best influencer marketing program in Europe. Looking at our explosive growth so far, the sky is the limit!
You will be leading and expanding our passionate team and collaborating with performance-focused creators who align with our brand values. The goal is to acquire new customers, thereby increasing net revenue and brand awareness throughout the DACH region.
Responsibilities:
You will lead and manage our high-performing Influencer Marketing team of 4 (and growing) and support them in their professional growth.
You will own a monthly 6-figure budget to reach our influencer marketing DACH performance goals including data-driven decision making to maximize performance and reporting.
You will develop and implement an influencer marketing vision to facilitate the acquisition of new customers and retention of existing ones across YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, TikTok, Podcasts and new channels.
You will build long-lasting performance-based relationships with large influencers and the most relevant agencies that align with our brand values.
You will work closely with other departments such as brand, performance, and CRM to align influencer marketing efforts with overall company goals and initiatives.
About You
You are knowledgeable: You have a proven ability in influencer marketing, particularly within a D2C environment. You understand the influencer landscape including different content niches on different channels, particularly in the DACH region.
You are a leader: You have proven experience leading a high-performing team of at least 4 people and you are passionate about supporting your team members' professional growth.
You are strategic: You have a proven ability to develop and implement effective influencer marketing strategies. You know how to make data-driven decisions to optimize spending and performance.
You are a relationship builder: You have a proven ability to establish and maintain positive, productive relationships with creators and agencies that align with brand values.
You are a collaborator: You possess exceptional communication skills that enable you to effectively collaborate with internal teams and departments, fostering a unified approach to influencer marketing strategies that align with overarching company goals and initiatives.
You are well connected: An established network in influencer marketing, encompassing creators and agencies within the DACH region, particularly those with audiences that are male-leaning, aged 25-44, and have a digital affinity, is a big plus.
Language proficiency: Fluency in English and German is a must. Any other EU languages are a plus.
The Process
As we are experiencing rapid growth and have ambitious plans, the optimal start date for the position is today. Nonetheless, we are prepared to patiently await the arrival of the ideal candidate, recognizing that quality ultimately yields the best results.
Getting to know you: We will have a 30-minute screening interview where we will talk to you more about HOLY and the position and see if our expectations match.
Hiring Manager Interview: Meeting Phil, our CMO & Co-Founder to get to know each other.
Case study: As soon as you have successfully completed the first interviews, you will receive a case study. You have three days to complete this case study.
Advanced discussion: In the second meeting, our founder and CMO Phil will discuss your case study with you and answer questions in a 60-minute session and then you meet our stellar team.
Interview with the team and founders: As a strong cultural fit is important to us, you will have a final meeting with the team and our founder and Co-CEO Matze. This gives both you and us the opportunity for a final check.
