Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement KOL marketing strategies based on the set goals to enhance the brand's influence in the German market and achieve the expected market promotion results.
2. Conduct research on the German influencer ecosystem, discover trending content, identify KOLs and agencies that align with the brand's positioning, and establish partnerships with them.
3. Manage and maintain existing KOL resources and suppliers, and maintain good communication and cooperation with KOLs.
4. Be responsible for reviewing the content outlines, scripts, and videos of KOL projects.Monitor the effectiveness of KOL campaigns and conduct regular data analysis and feedback.
5. Coordinate with cross - functional teams to ensure that KOL marketing campaigns are consistent with other brand marketing activities.
6. Conduct regular data summaries and continuously optimize and improve the influencer marketing plan based on competitors' dynamics and strategies.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above. Proficiency in both German and English.
2. Priority will be given to candidates with project experience in overseas KOL promotion.
3. Skilled in influencer outreach and cooperation.
4. Familiarity with German social media platforms and understanding of overseas content marketing and German culture.
5. Good cross - departmental collaboration and communication skills, along with sound logical and marketing thinking.
