About the Position
Influencer marketing is a central part of our marketing mix. Our 3-member UK Partnerships team works with over 100+ creators from various areas such as gaming, sports, and lifestyle. Whether Twitch, Youtube, or Instagram - we are looking for authentic creators with strong communities who love our product.
Our performance-oriented partnership approach has enabled us to establish HOLY as one of the leading influencer brands in the DACH region. As part of the UK Partnerships team, you have the opportunity to build close and long-term partnerships with the largest creators in the UK and be a part of the story of becoming the number one better-for-you soft drink brand in the UK!
As a member of our team, you will build up your own talent pool and support it throughout the partnership process, from first contact to contract negotiations to relationship management of creators & agencies. It is your task to manage the expectations of the creators/agencies and to give constructive feedback on their performance and to recognize and strengthen these meaningful partnerships.
Responsibilities:- You will be responsible for building and managing your own network of influencers to achieve the channel’s KPIs efficiently, including selection and outreach of creators, contract negotiation, and relationship management.
- You will develop a best-in-class partnership program to set HOLY apart from competitors and other sponsors.
- You will work closely with creators and our internal creative team to execute ideas and campaigns that boost sales and generate buzz for our brand.
About You
- High level of negotiation skills: You have at least 1.5 years of work experience in sales or influencer marketing, on YouTube, Twitch, or Instagram specifically focusing on the UK market.
- Strong affinity for social media: You actively engage with and enjoy using various social media platforms.
- Experience building business relationships: You care about your partners and put them and their communities first, striving to set HOLY apart from competing sponsors through relations.
- Strong track record: You consistently meet or exceed ambitious objectives, demonstrating a proven history of success in accomplishing challenging tasks.
- Persistent, adaptable, and can think outside of the box: You maintain a positive attitude in high-pressure situations and can face any challenge.
- Highly motivated and passionate about breaking records: Goals are there to be broken and to set new standards. You are intrinsically motivated and see goals as a challenge that enables you to surpass yourself.
- You are a native-level English speaker.
- You are based in Berlin or are willing to relocate.
The Process
As we are experiencing rapid growth and have ambitious plans, the optimal start date for the position is today. Nonetheless, we are prepared to patiently await the arrival of the ideal candidate, recognizing that quality ultimately yields the best results.
Getting to know you: We will have a 30-minute screening interview where we will talk to you more about HOLY and the position and see if our expectations match.
Hiring Manager Interview: You will have a 30-minute interview with the Hiring Manager, to discuss the role and your experience in more detail.
Case study: As soon as you have successfully completed the first interviews, you will receive a case study to complete.
Advanced discussion: In this on-site meeting, our founder and CMO Phil, and the team will discuss your case study with you and answer questions in a 60-minute session.
Founder Interview: As a strong cultural fit is important to us, you will have a final meeting with one of our founders. This gives both you and us the opportunity for a final check.
Job offer and decision: If everything goes well, you will receive an offer and we are ready to embark on this journey together with you! Typically this process should take around 2 weeks.
