As an Independent Corporate Lawyer, your key responsibilities will include:

• Advocating for clients in front of regulatory bodies and handling commercial litigation when necessary.
• Overseeing a diverse portfolio of clients engaged in intricate corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and corporate financing.
• Preparing and negotiating a variety of contracts, agreements, and legal documents to ensure compliance and safeguard clients' interests.
• Delivering expert legal counsel on corporate matters, commercial contracts, and business operations.

As an Independent Corporate Lawyer, you should have:

• At least 5 years of substantial experience as a Corporate Lawyer, preferably in a prestigious law firm in Luxembourg.
• A Master's degree in law, preferably with a focus on business law or a related field.
• Proficiency in English and French; knowledge of German is a significant advantage.
• Exceptional skills in negotiation, drafting, and legal analysis.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships effectively and operate independently within a collaborative team setting.
• Comprehensive understanding of Luxembourgish and international corporate law regulations.
