Inbound Sales Manager

Develop and manage detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.Analyze project drawings, specifications, and requirements to prepare accurate cost forecasts.Conduct value engineering and cost optimization.

Cost Monitoring and Control :

Track and report on actual costs versus budgets.Identify and address cost variances promptly.Prepare cost-to-complete reports and forecasts.Work closely with project teams to ensure alignment on financial goals.

Procurement and Tendering :

Assist in preparing tender documents and contracts.Evaluate bids and negotiate with contractors and suppliers to achieve cost efficiency.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and contractual obligations.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

Liaise with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure financial clarity.Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project cost performance.

Identify cost-related risks and propose mitigation strategies.Monitor market trends and changes in material and labor costs.

Compliance and Reporting :

Ensure compliance with German building regulations and industry standards.Maintain accurate and transparent documentation of all financial transactions and decisions.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience : Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in cost management or quantity surveying within the construction industry.
• Knowledge : Strong understanding of construction processes, cost structures, and financial principles.Familiarity with German construction laws, regulations, and codes (HOAI, VOB, etc.).
• Skills : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in cost management software (e.g., CostX, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Office.Strong communication and negotiation skills in both German and English.
• Certifications (Optional) : RICS, ICES, or equivalent certification is a plus.
