Responsibilities:
- Consulting, planning, implementation, and development of IT infrastructure projects.
- Installing, developing, and supporting customer environments.
- Providing remote and onsite support to customers.
- Supporting the sales team in the presales phase.
- Conceptualizing and setting up cloud projects.
- Configuring hardware and software systems.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in IT administration/infrastructure.
- Skills:
Strong knowledge of IT administration and infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Exchange, SQL, Microsoft Azure/365.
- Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Languages:
- Education:
IT-related degree or equivalent qualification preferred but not mandatory.
