ESSENTIAL

OVERVIEW

A skilled HR Manager is required to oversee all HR functions at a specific site. The role entails providing guidance and support to managers and employees on personnel matters, managing recruitment activities, and optimizing HR processes. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing external payroll accounting, preparing payroll data, and working constructively with the works council.
