岗位：人力资源经理 HR Manager

岗位职责：

1. 根据集团战略意图，推动集团人力资源理念和制度的落地实施。
2. 独立完成德国公司人力资源相关工作，完善人力资源制度和体系。
3. 完成德国公司人力资源年度规划和预算的编制及实施。
4. 全面负责德国公司招聘、培训、绩效、劳动关系等各项人力资源工作有效实施，支持业务目标的达成。
5. 推动德国公司的企业文化建设，提升组织活力和效率。

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，人力资源管理或管理类相关专业优先；
2. 英语可作为工作语言，熟悉了解中国文化；
3. 3年以上人力资源管理工作经验，有医疗行业、制造行业、HRBP经验尤佳；
4. 具备专业的人力资源管理知识，对德国相关劳动法规政策有较深入的了解；
5. 沟通能力和抗压能力较强，较强的推动和实施能力，擅长跨部门协作和资源协调；
6. 有强烈的学习意愿和上进心，良好的职业道德素养，为人正直。

Job Responsibilities:

1. Promote the implementation of the Group's HR concepts and systems according to the Group's strategic intent.
2. Independently complete the human resources related work of the German company and improve the human resources system.
3. Complete the preparation and implementation of the annual HR planning and budget of the German company.
4. To be fully responsible for the effective implementation of the human resources work of the German company, such as recruitment, training, performance, labor relations, etc., to support the achievement of business objectives.
5. Promote the construction of corporate culture of German company to enhance the vitality and efficiency of the organization.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, HRM or management related majors are preferred;
2. English can be used as working language, familiar with understanding Chinese culture;
3. More than 3 years working experience in human resource management, medical industry, manufacturing industry, HRBP experience is especially good;
4. Professional knowledge of human resource management, have a deeper understanding of the relevant German labor regulations and policies;
5. Strong communication skills and stress resistance, strong ability to promote and implement, good at cross-departmental collaboration and resource coordination;
6. Strong willingness to learn and motivation, good professional ethics and integrity.
