Promote the construction of corporate culture of German company to enhance the vitality and efficiency of the organization.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, HRM or management related majors are preferred;
English can be used as working language, familiar with understanding Chinese culture;
More than 3 years working experience in human resource management, medical industry, manufacturing industry, HRBP experience is especially good;
Professional knowledge of human resource management, have a deeper understanding of the relevant German labor regulations and policies;
Strong communication skills and stress resistance, strong ability to promote and implement, good at cross-departmental collaboration and resource coordination;
Strong willingness to learn and motivation, good professional ethics and integrity.
