Our center of expertise Human Resources Legal and Labour Relations Europe (EU, Morocco, North-Macedonia, Switzerland, Serbia, UK and Turkey) provides advice and support on any legal question regarding employment and labour, regarding contractually handling employments with our Senior Executives, on cooperating with works councils and unions including respective collective agreements as well as it oversees Magna’s Employee Handbook. Finally, Labour Relations ensures the overall coordination of HR knowledge management regarding legal questions and is responsible in other special projects. We are a multi-national team of HR Legal lawyers and experts and a well-established partner for Magna´s HR managers, particularly in Germany but also in other countries. We work together in a very cooperative atmosphere - regardless of the geographical location of each colleague - and all enjoy working as a team.
We are currently looking for a Human Resources Legal Counsel Europe (m/f/x) position for a fixed-term of 12 months. The position can be located in either Slovakia (Kechnec or Bratislava) or Germany (Munich or Sailauf).
University degree in Legal education with specialization on employment and labour law
