Due to significant growth in recent years, the company has become the No.1 pet food brand in Japan and is now expanding globally with the mission to bring joy to pets and their owners around the world.

About the role

In this position, you will assume complete responsibility for the HR Position for INABA European operation. Your regular duties will include:

  • Develop and implement human resource policies for the company’s employees.
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
  • Develop training and development programs.
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
  • Provide accurate and constructive quality assessments of the company’s employees.
  • Ensure that the company complies with all the laws and regulations set by the government.
  • Maintain organized records and files of all the company’s employees.
  • Help the operations manager in motivating and supporting the staff.
  • Examine key business measures for regulatory compliance and analyze the effectiveness of companies and business profitability.
  • Implement worker training and dismissal in compliance with business rules.
  • Organize team-building activities, workshops, and events to foster strong working relationships and camaraderie among employees.
  • Promote the use of technology to streamline HR processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the employee experience.

Requirements

  • Less than 4 years of experience in an HR-related role (Fresh graduates with 6 internship experiences are welcome to apply).
  • Experience in generalist (operations) roles is preferred.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Must have in-depth knowledge of HR management systems and recruitment guidelines.
  • Can work well independently and in a team setting, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Possess excellent German language skills and be fluent in English.
