You will partner with senior management to drive HR initiatives, enhance employee engagement, and support the overall growth of our retail operations.

Collaborate with retail leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Manage the employee lifecycle, including talent, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee relations issues and promoting the business culture.
Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Support talent development initiatives, including training programs and career progression plans.
Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to drive data-informed decision-making.
Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve overall HR effectiveness.

Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in the retail industry.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations in the DACH region.
