CM Medical has partnered with a prominent company in the dental industry providing high-quality dental products and services. They strive to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of dental professionals with their focus on cutting-edge technology and ongoing research. We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner.

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to collaborate with managers and employees across the country. You will provide guidance on various HR programs and initiatives to support our business objectives. Partnering with Division HR and Centers of Excellence (COE), you will implement solutions in recruiting, talent management, development, training, employee engagement, compensation, total rewards, and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment: Oversee recruitment activities, guiding managers to ensure new hires are effectively onboarded.
  2. Compensation: Address compensation matters, help develop job descriptions, define role requirements, and implement reward programs with clear communication.
  3. Change Management: Support change management efforts to facilitate HR and business changes.
  4. Employee Engagement: Manage the annual employee engagement survey and action planning; coordinate country engagement and D&EI initiatives.
  5. Performance & Development: Coach managers on performance issues and talent development, support succession planning and employee development plans.
  6. Custom Programs: Assist Division HR in creating programs tailored to business needs.
  7. Training: Conduct employee orientations and other HR training sessions; facilitate new leader assimilations and focus group meetings.
  8. Organizational Effectiveness: Work with the HR Director on improving organizational effectiveness, digitalization projects, HR process reviews, and new system implementations.
  9. Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with key HR partners to ensure coordinated support for business needs.
  10. Audits: Support internal and external audits of the HR department.
  11. International Projects: Collaborate with the HR community on regional and international projects.
  12. Learning & Development: Develop and deploy country learning and development initiatives leveraging global and local solutions.
  13. Communication: Support internal communication and employer branding in partnership with marketing.

Requirements:

Experience:

  • 2-5 years of HR experience, demonstrating progression in HR generalist roles.
  • 1 year of experience in recruiting, performance management, succession planning, compensation practices, and training and development.
  • Proficiency with HR systems (Compass, HRIS, ATS).
  • Knowledge of current HR trends, best practices, and compliance issues.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Ability to work independently and seek guidance on non-routine issues.
  • Tactical level work with the ability to tailor programs to meet business needs.
  • Understanding of business strategies and aligning HR support accordingly.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Behavioural Sciences, Organizational Development preferred; Master’s/MBA, PHR is a plus.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and results-driven attitude.
  • Team player with personal excellence.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of ethics, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • ‘Can do’ attitude, proactive, and comfortable with change.
  • Analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
