As our HR Businesspartner (m/f/d) at Nova in Germany, you will take on a key role in managing and leading HR activities and systems at our locations. You will work closely with our local management team as well as our headquarter in Israel. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our HR standards and play a crucial role in the success of our company.

Your Tasks

  • You lead employee relations, providing guidance and resolving HR issues, labor laws, compensation, and benefits. You ensure the fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures while fostering a respectful and safe work environment.
  • You develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction. You champion Nova's people-focused culture, values, and vision.
  • You advocate for equitable access to growth opportunities and succession planning. You collaborate with leaders to identify high-potential talent and create tailored development plans to support career growth. You deliver innovative development programs, workshops, and seminars for various leadership levels. You partner with global learning and development teams to support career growth and development initiatives.
  • You proactively manage organizational change initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring. You develop change management strategies to minimize disruption and ensure smooth transitions for employees.
  • You stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance across all HR practices.

Your Profile

  • You have a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
  • You bring over 7 years of HR experience, including at least 4 years in a strategic HRBP role within a global organization.
  • You have strong communication skills in German and English and extensive experience in communication within a multicultural corporate environment. You can manage multiple employee engagement projects for different audiences and objectives, such as ESG and employee happiness.
  • You have experience delivering innovative development programs, workshops, and seminars tailored to various levels within the organization. You have a proven track record of driving HR initiatives that contribute to organizational success.
  • You are passionate about creating an inclusive and engaging workplace culture, have a strong understanding of local HR laws and regulations, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You can influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization and approach problem-solving proactively and empathetically.
