The Team
Our Workforce Transformation practice in Europe, with over 150 specialists, supports large global firms and most recognisable local brands in solving their most significant challenges around Human Capital Management (HCM) Transformation, Organisational Change and Agile ways of working.
Within the HCM transformation team, we offer various services enabling HR transformations through employee experience design, digital HR advisory, HR service delivery improvement and overall HR program and change management.
The Role
We are seeking Senior Consultants with experience in HCM transformation to join our growing European practice. In this role, you will be part of a team that focuses on HCM innovation in pursuit of enabling world-class workforce operations and experiences. You will guide our clients through the complex landscape of HR transformation, leveraging technology and best practices to create impact on business outcomes. You will deliver quality client service, provide insightful solutions, and balance multiple priorities. You will also demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills, easily integrate into new teams, and establish relationships. More specifically, the responsibilities of this role include:
- Create employee experience strategies with market-relevant thought leadership - develop employee experience journeys, personas, and roadmaps to help digitise HR service delivery and improve workforce experiences.
- Deliver HR Transformation E2E projects as well as state of the art HR Service Transformation solutions at global scale.
- Deliver HR TOM and HR Process Design to enable and operationalise the HR strategies of our clients.
- Support clients with implementation and adoption of HR Cloud and HXM Technologies from Hire to Retire.
- Provide Workforce Transformation Advisory from Talent Marketplace solutioning via skill-based organisation towards Learning Agility, Upskilling and Reskilling initiatives – provide project management support for the deployment of new workforce solutions and initiatives.
- Facilitate HR workshops and craft insightful presentations, providing actionable recommendations.
- Contribute to practice development and pre-sales activities to develop our service offerings, proposals and go-to-market initiatives further.
- Lead teams, fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth.
About You
We are looking for a professional with robust consulting background and/or experience in HR Transformation, preferably in large-scale initiatives. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate experience and knowledge in the following areas:
- Domain expertise in processes from the Hire to Retire employee cycle, including defining HR processes, creation of formal process documentation, detailed process maps and standard operating procedures.
- Translation of employee experience needs into business requirements to drive digital HR platforms deployment.
- Knowledge and experience in the implementation of HR technologies, e.g. HCM cloud systems (e.g. Oracle, SuccessFactors, Workday), HR ticketing/workflow tools (e.g. ServiceNow HRSD, Salesforce) or other HR solutions.
- Project and change management activities for HR Transformation projects.
- Ability for conducting HR improvement workshops and subsequently creating recommendation reports, thought leadership and transformation roadmaps.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to lead project teams and mentor junior consultants.
- Demonstrable experience in developing proposals and offerings, either for internal or external clients.
- Contribution to practice development, including go-to-market strategies and developing others.
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- In-depth understanding of various HR functions like Core HR, Talent Management, Recruitment, and ability to design and implement HR journeys and processes aligned with business objectives.
- Hands-on experience with HR Cloud systems and capability to support the selection and implementation of HR technologies.
- Proven ability to provide expert advice and guidance to clients and help solve their HR challenges.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience from recognised consultancies, or 6 years in-house roles with significant project exposure.
