HR Trainee Program EMEA (f / m / d)

Location : Düsseldorf, with two days on-site and one remote day per week.

Duration : Expected until August 2025, with an option for extension.

Start Date : February 3, 2025.

Working Days : Ideally Tuesday to Thursday, 8 hours per day.

Responsibilities :

• Advising on the implementation of IT security measures in development projects.
• Providing guidance and recommendations for IT security best practices.
• Developing, implementing, and maintaining IT security solutions with a focus on cloud security (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, Microsoft Azure, and O365).
• Creating and maintaining procedures and policies to ensure service quality.
• Coordinating support activities with vendors and business partners.
• Collaborating closely with over 300 colleagues worldwide and external service providers.

Qualifications :

• Strong experience in IT security, ideally as a Global Admin or a similar role.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft security solutions (Azure, O365).
• At least one recognized information security certification (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, SSCP).
• Fluent English proficiency; German is a plus.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.

Salary : Approximately €60,000 to €65,000.
