As an HR Specialist at DPM, you will play a pivotal role in managing operational HR tasks while ensuring alignment between our people strategy and business goals. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR professional with strong HR administration and employee relations skills. You’ll be the bridge between our teams and leadership, working closely with both to ensure operational excellence.

Our clients come from diverse industries, with a special focus on health, sustainability, and conscious digital products. As an HR Specialist, you will support cross-functional teams in day-to-day HR tasks while helping maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Your Role in Shaping the Future

... to manage HR Operations and oversee day-to-day HR tasks including employee onboarding, offboarding, maintaining employee records, and benefits administration.
... to drive recruiting efforts by managing the administrative side of the hiring process, from job postings to onboarding new hires.
...to provide support throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires, handling employee inquiries, and managing internal HR systems.
... to resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment through effective communication and support.
...to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, assist in updating HR procedures, and ensure alignment with best practices.
...to coordinate payroll activities and manage benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, pensions).
...to maintain accurate HR data, generate reports, and assist in HR analytics to support decision-making.
...to contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and participate in strategic projects as needed.

Your Value-Add

  • A degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • profound professional experience in an HR role, preferably in a digital, creative, or consulting environment
  • Strong understanding of employment law, HR operations, and talent management
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work with HR software systems and maintain accurate employee data
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and German
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement
