HR Solution Manager (m/f/d) SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

What you can expect from us:

  • Implementation and rollout of Core HR configurations and customizations to meet business requirements and improve user experience
  • Expert level support for Employee Central module and relevant processes, addressing issues and queries promptly and effectively
  • Lead and participate in projects related to system upgrades / release updates, enhancements and integrations
  • Maintain high standards of data accuracy and integrity within the Employee Central module
  • Collaboration with HR Business Process Owners, Finance, Internal IT and external suppliers
  • Communication with global HR community
  • Knowledge transfer and training the Solutions Support team
  • Ensure the system complies with global HR policies, regulations and best practices

What makes you special:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • Experience of 3 to 5 years with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Proficiency in Employee Central configuration, customization, integration and processes
  • Excellent English skills along with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and generate actionable insights
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data management
  • Experience in managing projects, including planning, execution and delivery
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a global, cross-functional team environment
