WHAT YOUR NEW JOB WILL BE ABOUT

We are seeking a skilled and professional HR Recruiter to join our team in our Distribution Center in Kammlach. As an HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting, recruiting, and onboarding top talent for our organisation.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Supporting Management Team and other Managers in recruitment.
• Sourcing.
• Updating and maintaining JYSK job- and preboarding site.
• Administrating and being a superuser in recruitment systems.
• Establishing and securing the use of introduction programmes.
• Ensuring that new colleagues get a good and professional onboarding.
• Living our JYSK Values: Tradesman, Colleague, and Corporate Spirit.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING

• A background within HR.
• Strong recruitment skills.
• A positive attitude and open-minded approach.
• A good and helpful colleague who contributes to heighten the teamwork.
• A commitment to delivering high quality in your work; what you do matters.
• Fluency in German and good English skills.
