Your role:

The HR Projects and Policy Specialist is responsible for supporting key HR projects and for the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR policies and procedures. This role includes organizing, administrating, and aligning the HR program management portfolio to optimize the quality of deliverables.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project management efforts to ensure timely completion and adherence to project scope and budget
  • Participate in program management by supporting HR improvement projects and coordinating with IT to ensure seamless integration of HR systems
  • Collaborate with the HR team to align HR goals and objectives with the overall business strategy and support the execution of strategic initiatives
  • Assist in managing and executing HR projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and effective resource allocation
  • Engage in HR projects aimed at enhancing the company’s attractiveness as an employer and fostering a positive work environment
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and maintaining a well-organized work environment
  • Identify necessary HR initiatives and support the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) in close collaboration with the Global Payroll & Admin team, ensuring efficient HR processes and accurate employee data management
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR projects and policies to support the company’s strategy
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional HR projects, including the implementation of new HR systems and processes
  • Analyze and evaluate HR data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Advise and support the HR team and management in the implementation and adherence to HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across all HR areas
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to raise awareness and provide education on HR topics for employees and managers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, consultants, and other relevant stakeholders
  • Prepare and present reports and analyses for the management team

Requirements:

  • A completed degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in a similar HR management role, preferably within an international environment
  • In-depth knowledge of the development and implementation of HR policies and projects
  • Excellent project management skills and experience in leading complex HR initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with HR data and KPIs
  • Exceptional communication and advisory skills, with the ability to effectively interact at various levels within the organization
  • Very good English language skills, both written and spoken; additional language skills are a plus
  • Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented working style
