Job Responsibilities
- You will conduct analyses and use marketing reports and tools to gain insights and define recommendations to solve business challenges related to marketing performance, budgeting, customer acquisition and retention, and ROI measurement for thyssenkrupp.
- Support senior leaders with regular and adhoc reporting, performance deep dives, business cases, and other relevant initiatives.
- Collaborate with local and central teams to set priorities, assist with analyses and best practices, and help translate insights into actionable plans.
- Work closely with all central marketing teams (performance marketing, CRM, brand analytics) to identify opportunities and recommend improvements for local markets.
- Contribute to the rollout of marketing initiatives across the globe.
- Support the international marketing team with organisational and administrative tasks (e.g., organising events, documenting best practices, developing processes).
Minimum Requirements
- At least 4 years experience in a highly analytical role; experience in management consultancy, online marketing, marketing strategy, or marketing agencies is an advantage.
- A degree in marketing, economics, maths, or engineering is an advantage.
- Passion for data, creative problem-solving skills, and an eye for detail.
- You are able to answer business questions with data-driven insights and communicate these effectively to stakeholders.
- You have demonstrable experience of managing small/medium projects from start to finish.
- You have good knowledge of various marketing channels and KPIs including online and offline media.
- You have excellent Excel skills; SQL knowledge is an advantage.
- You have a high level of initiative, are well-organised, and can learn and adapt to change quickly.
- You are good at building relationships with stakeholders regardless of seniority level.
- Excellent communication skills in English are required.
