UTILITIES
- Collecting and processing monthly payroll data in close cooperation with the responsible manager and external service providers
- Checking personnel master data and payroll data for accuracy and completeness, update internal systems respectively
- Maintaining personnel files on- and offline - Processing joiners and leavers informations to be reflected correctly on- and offline
- Registering sick days, retrieving the sick certificates from the public official server
- In charge for controlling the Job Ticket / Deutschland Ticket System
- Issuing wage and salary statements
- Preparation of references, certificates and general correspondence
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Completed commercial training with a focus on payroll accounting, human resources or a comparable commercial activity
- A minimum of 2 - 3 years of professional experience in payroll accounting and HR assistance
- Confident use of MS Office products
- Good self-management and time management skills and the ability to set priorities
- Confidence in working with different people and hierarchical levels
- Having a sense for numbers, data and facts
- Accurate and meticulous work
- Ability to work in a team and communicate well
- Business fluent in English and local language
- Strong digital orientation and growth mindset
