We are seeking an experienced HR Workday Consultant (Inhouse) to join our dynamic HR team. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Workday HRIS system, ensuring efficient and effective HR operations, and providing strategic insights to enhance our HR processes.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Workday Administration: Manage and maintain the Workday HRIS system, including configuration, security, and data integrity.
  2. System Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements within Workday and implement enhancements to streamline HR operations.
  3. Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of HR data within Workday, including employee records, organizational structures, and compensation information.
  4. HR Processes: Oversee and support key HR processes such as talent management, performance reviews, compensation planning, and benefits administration within Workday.
  5. User Support: Provide training and support to HR team members and other Workday users, addressing system-related inquiries and issues.
  6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date documentation of HR processes and policies within Workday.
  7. Project Management: Lead and participate in HR projects, including system upgrades, implementations, and process improvement initiatives.

Your Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Workday HRIS.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, and Benefits. Advanced knowledge of Workday reporting and analytics tools.
  4. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
  6. Project Management: Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong working relationships across departments.
