HR Manager (f/m/d)

For our office in Trivandrum dSPACE is looking for enthusiastic, creative, and well-rounded professionals. We are looking for an experienced HR Manager who can effectively manage all the HR functions and be a part of the continuous expansion of our new Competence Center.

Your responsibilities:

• Preparing, updating, and recommending HR policies and procedure following the company, legal and statutory requirements
• Employee record management and updating HR database, ensuring accuracy and accessibility to authorize personnel.
• Managing the entire recruitment cycle and onboarding of new employees according to the needs and the goals of the company
• Organizing HR department procedures regarding employment advertising processes and employment processes
• Supporting and addressing HR-related issues promptly and professionally and implementing employee development
• Management of both technical and soft skill training, including handling of internal and external trainers
• Preparing and executing recruitment campaigns with the aim of making dSPACE visible to potential candidates
• Organizing, participating, and representing the company at job fairs and other HR events
• Budget planning for the entire human resources
• Organizing in-house events like staff meetings, teambuilding events, and other employee engagement activities.
• Nurture a positive workplace environment that encourage open communication and respect
• Reports directly to HR Head.

Your Profile

• 10 to 15 years of professional experience in the field of human resources
• Experience in conceptual and operational issues in human resources management
• Good knowledge of Indian labor law and experience in work council
• Willingness to work in an international and multicultural team
• Cooperative team player with assertiveness and strong communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Empathic personality with clear objectives and entrepreneurial mindset
• Master’s degree in human resource management or business administration
