As DACH HR Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources for the local 400 employees, cooperating with our HR Shared Service Centre based in Budapest. You will support our team of local Value Stream leaders (experts in defined fields of expertise for our customers) and managers, as well as with regional and global VS leaders, the global HRBP and Centre of Expertise.
The Role
Key to your role will be to underpin the business culture and support and development of the Business; driving and innovating strategy, aligning objectives of the workforce with those of the Company and delivering HR initiatives that bring value to MSX. Our priority is taking full advantage of and develop existing talent within the business and wider market. In addition, the HR Manager will:
- Development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives and growth plans.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, HRBP and the wider business to ensure consistency.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements, best practice and industry standards.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective employee engagement initiatives and by promoting sustainability, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Coordinates Internal communication in the market.
- Support the designing of the best recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Ensure comprehensive onboarding programs to integrate new employees effectively.
- Act as point of contact for employees regarding workplace issues, cooperating with the SSC. Acting As second level escalation, mediating and resolving conflicts.
- Contribute to performance management initiatives and manage talent through succession planning, career mapping, identifying training needs and facilitating and coordinating training workshops as required, in partnership with Centre of Expertise and HRBP.
- Contribute to development training and development planning that invests in the most critical skills and people for MSX’s future and develop the next generation of business leaders.
- Oversee the development and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Engage with key stakeholders to gain support and buy-in for cultural change initiatives, communicating the vision and objectives to employees.
- Prepare and present reports on HR activities and project progress.
- Monitor Right to Work requirements and facilitate Visa sponsorship as needed.
- Cooperate, negotiate and align with local works council regarding statutory compliance (new hires, dismissals, transfers, systems, training, salary increases, benefits, guidelines and policies, etc.) and works council agreements.
About you
Our ideal HR Manager will be a proactive, assertive, empathetic and innovative person with excellent communication skills as well as having:
- German native language (spoken and written)
- English fluent (spoken and written)
- Minimum 5 years HR experience in a similar role.
- Experience in Talent Attraction, Retention, Employee Relations, workforce planning, employee engagement, payroll and people development.
- People leadership experience.
- Ground experience with HR transformation, process improvement, strategy and policy creation and implementation.
- Experience working in a multinational company, with matrix reporting structure and multiple stakeholders management at senior level.
- Excellent knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- HRIS (SAP nice to have) experience.
- Microsoft Office excellent knowledge.
