ABOUT THE JOB

We’re growing rapidly and to support our expansion and build the best company culture, we’re seeking a passionate and experienced HR Manager. This role is crucial for managing HR activities for both our Berlin and Guimarães offices, as well as our store staff.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive onboarding experience for all new team members.
2. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with MIKUTA’s growth objectives and foster a positive, inclusive company culture.
3. Manage employee relations, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively to maintain a harmonious work environment.
4. Create and implement training programs that support employee growth and development, ensuring our team has the skills needed to succeed.
5. Handle HR administration tasks such as payroll, benefits, and compliance for both the Berlin and Guimarães offices.
6. Manage HR activities for our store staff, ensuring they are well-supported and aligned with our company culture.
7. Lead initiatives that promote a positive and vibrant company culture, enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.
8. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with legal requirements and support our company values.
9. Work closely with the management team to align HR strategies with overall business goals and support cross-functional initiatives.

ABOUT YOU

1. Proven track record in an HR management role, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle industry.
2. Strong ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive growth and foster a positive company culture.
3. Passionate about building a great company culture and supporting employee well-being.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
5. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
6. Self-driven with a hands-on mentality, capable of working independently and taking initiative.
7. Ready to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
