HR Global Business Partner full or part-time (m/f/d)

How you will create an impact:
- You will operate with a global scope while interacting also with local HR as well as the global HR Centers of Excellence.
- You will define and implement HR guidelines for specific employee groups, e.g. on job levels and title structures, in close collaboration with our local HR, career management and talent acquisition teams.
- You will align processes and prepare concepts to support the preparation for our new HR system SAP SuccessFactors.
- You will strengthen our international HR Community: support local HR hiring and onboarding, incl. HR internal newsletter.
- You will provide HR consulting and support to internal business leaders with regards to strategic topics like personnel planning and organizational development based on global HR data and analytics.
- You will establish strong relationships within our corporate functions and business leaders to ensure their needs and demands are incorporated in HR projects.
- You will make the global HR strategy happen and work with the responsible business stakeholders for further refinement and adaption.
About you:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with excellent marks in HR/Organizational Development, Psychology, Business or a similar background.
- Min. 4 years relevant HR Business Partnering (or very similar) experience, preferably within a dynamic professional service firm environment.
- Your profile demonstrates a proven track record of an international HR sparring & business partner with profound experience of ensuring the alignment of business goals and HR strategies.
- You can take on ownership and act autonomously but work effectively with the entire HR team leveraging your collaborative strengths.
- You are knowledgeable around core HR processes (hire to retire) and strategic topics.
- Your communication and project management skills are excellent.
- Fluency in German and English (written & verbal) is essential for this role, fluency in additional languages is a plus.
