Your profile

• Business studies with a focus on HR or completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) with further training as an HR officer / HR specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Fluent in English

Your mission

As HR Generalist (m/f/d), you will oversee and manage various aspects of human resources as the contact person for all personnel-related topics, including:

• Responsibility for the generalist work processes in the HR department
• Administration
• System maintenance (Personio)
• Training & Development
• Reporting
• Payroll (in cooperation with the tax office)
• Responsibility for information and administration of benefits
• Advising employees and managers on all HR-related issues
• Reporting and certification as well as correspondence with external institutions
• Responsibility for the development of further HR processes and systems (Personio reporting, organisation management) in collaboration with other departments
• Participation in and implementation of personnel development measures
