HR Controller (m/f/d)

About the role

Due to our dynamic growth we are looking for a HR Controller (m/f/d) who will support our team from ideally Munich.
The main objective is to equip the business with comprehensive and essential information to enable data-driven decision making, as well as to empower you to make discerning, strategic decisions pertaining to the organization.

What you will do

1. You will be responsible for the (further) development of group-wide standards in HR Controlling, including optimizing data structure and quality, with a special focus on ESG and CSRD reporting.
2. You will contribute to building the reporting framework for the global HR system (Workday) within your area of expertise.
3. You will define relevant KPIs in collaboration with HR departments and ensure their largely automated system-based recording and visualization.
4. You will prepare ad-hoc analyses and standard reports for various stakeholders (e.g., shareholder report, executive board report), including validation and variance analyses.
5. You will work closely with controlling, particularly in the areas of personnel cost planning, personnel cost reporting, and forecasting.

What you’ll need to succeed

1. Successfully completed studies in economics with a focus on human resources or comparable qualification.
2. Initial professional experience in operational and strategic HR controlling.
3. High affinity for numbers, a very good understanding of complex interrelationships and processes as well as an analytical and solution-oriented way of thinking.
4. Strong communication skills at all levels and a high degree of attention to detail.
5. Profound experience in the use of modern HR systems such as Workday.
6. Confident handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel.
7. Fluency in English (German language skills are a plus).
