About the Role:

Working with People Business Systems and Data within our org, you will play a pivotal supporting role in optimizing our People & Culture processes through effective HR systems and accurate data management. This entails a blend of technical proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors and a solid understanding of data analytics principles, as well as stakeholder management skills and a focus on teamwork through reliable communication.

You will be joining an international People & Culture Team of 16 people located throughout Germany and Austria. What you'll be doing:

  1. Accurate Data Tracking: Assist in the management and administration of SAP SuccessFactors, leveraging its capabilities to enhance People operations and reporting.
  2. Documentation Management: Support the maintenance and efficiency of documentation within the MS Office suite and SAP SuccessFactors.
  3. Process Optimization: Identify calibration opportunities in existing People processes and help develop strategies to enhance efficiency within our systems.
  4. System Administration: Creating and updating backend business rules within SAP SuccessFactors to monitor the efficacy and optimize the efficiency of our existing technical infrastructure.
  5. Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing insightful analytics to drive People & Culture initiatives and ensure accurate, up-to-date documentation for the business.
  6. Provide occasional user support for internal stakeholders on system functionalities: best practices and storytelling on data reporting dashboard creation, SuccessFactors data entry and extractions, and ticketing system operations.
  7. Monitor industry trends and best practices in People systems, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.

What you bring:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems).
  2. Knowledge of current HR technologies and how to use them, preferably in a system administration capacity.
  3. Ideally you've worked with SAP SuccessFactors, or a similar HRIS system, in a previous role (or internship) and thrive on exploring new functionalities.
  4. Fluency in English, with experience in a bilingual or international working environment.
  5. Reliable, approachable, and accountable working attitude- you are proactive in seeking information and enjoy collaborating with colleagues.
  6. Strong organizer with attention to detail.
  7. Analytical thinker with proactive problem-solving skills.
  8. Proficiency in MS Office, with a particular focus on Excel.
