Ihre Aufgaben

1. Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and provide HR guidance that contributes to achieving business goals.
2. Support the design and implementation of performance management processes, providing guidance on goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
3. Provide guidance and support during organizational changes, mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring initiatives.
4. Collaborate with training specialists to assess training needs, design development programs, and deliver training sessions to enhance employee skills and competencies.
5. Identify opportunities for organizational improvement and develop strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
6. Utilize HR analytics to provide insights and recommendations for informed decision-making, such as turnover analysis, workforce planning, and diversity initiatives.
7. Prepare monthly FTE reports / FTE Planning.
8. Stay updated on labor laws and regulations in Germany, ensuring HR policies, procedures, and practices are compliant and up to date.
9. Provide labor law guidance / compliance to business.
10. Assist in the management of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards and internal equity.
11. Collaborate closely with payrolling & payrolling provider to assure smooth processing.
12. Suggest new HR strategies in line with overall business strategy & goals.
13. Assure continuous improvement of HR processes & involvement in HR projects.

Anforderungen

1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience (3+ years) as an HR Business Partner or similar role in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
3. In-depth knowledge of German labor laws, regulations, and employment practices.
4. Demonstrated expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
5. Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and MS Office Suite.
6. Fluent in English and German, both written and verbal.
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
8. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into HR solutions.
9. Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
10. Excellent organizational and project management skills.
