HR Business Partner (m/f/d) I Parental leave replacement

Your tasks:

• Advising and supporting employees on all HR-related topics
• Strategic partner for managers in Germany and abroad with regard to legal HR regulations within the framework of the Employee Lifecycle
• Sparring partner for executives regarding performance management, talent acquisition, retention, talent review, HR development and compensation
• Cooperation and support of negotiations with the works council
• Realization of new hires including the internal and external recruiting process as well as contract negotiations
• Takeover and support of local and global HR projects in the area of HR Digitalization, among others.

Your profile:

• Completed studies in the field of business or psychology or completed training as a human resources specialist (IHK).
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable role within an international company
• Good knowledge of labor law as well as experience in constructive cooperation with the works council
• Independent working style as well as a "hands-on" mentality
• Strong communication and negotiation skills across different hierarchy levels
• Very good written and oral English skills, German is a plus
