HR Business Partner (m/f/d) – EIT Manufacturing

Part-time position (50%) at EIT Manufacturing Central in Darmstadt, Germany.

About the position:

In the role of HR Business Partner, you will act as a solution-oriented sparring partner for our managers and employees in the regional office on all HR-related topics. You will support strategic HR planning, succession planning and the recruitment of specialists and managers, including contract negotiations.

Key Accountabilities:

• Advise and support our managers and employees in all relevant HR areas.
• Derive HR policy measures based on corporate objectives in close coordination with the managers of the supported areas and the global HR team.
• Proactively support change processes for the further development of the company.
• Implement HR tools and processes along the entire employee lifecycle and continuously review, optimize and develop them further.

Qualifications and experience:

• Master’s Degree (or equivalent) in HR or a similar higher education qualification.
• At least 5 years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably within an international company in the manufacturing sector.
• Fluent in English and German. Other European languages considered a plus.

• Strong communication skills (German/English) and a positive, winning manner with enthusiasm for HR work, diplomatic skills, and a persuasive and assertive approach at all levels.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to align HR initiatives with corporate goals, as well as consulting skills.
• High level of resilience and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Solution-oriented way of working and pragmatic application of existing HR expertise.
• Reliable and trusted teamworker.

Location:

The role location will be at EIT Manufacturing Central, in Darmstadt, Germany with the opportunity for travel across Europe. A hybrid working arrangement may be considered depending on the candidate. Regular presence in the offices in Darmstadt is required.
