HR Business Partner (m/f/d) – EIT Manufacturing
Part-time position (50%) at EIT Manufacturing Central in Darmstadt, Germany.
About the position:
In the role of HR Business Partner, you will act as a solution-oriented sparring partner for our managers and employees in the regional office on all HR-related topics. You will support strategic HR planning, succession planning and the recruitment of specialists and managers, including contract negotiations.

The role location will be at EIT Manufacturing Central, in Darmstadt, Germany with the opportunity for travel across Europe. A hybrid working arrangement may be considered depending on the candidate. Regular presence in the offices in Darmstadt is required.
