HR Business Partner (m / f / d)

Audiencly is a leading influencer marketing agency that connects brands with creators to deliver successful campaigns on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, and TikTok. As we continue to grow, we need scalable, professional HR structures to support our expanding team. As an experienced HR Business Partner, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping our HR processes, supporting recruitment, structured onboarding, and comprehensive employee support—all within a culture defined by openness, innovation, and teamwork.

Tasks

In this position you will oversee operational HR work—from managing onboarding processes to supporting performance reviews and professional development initiatives. You’ll collaborate closely with management, office administration, and other departments to create a positive employee experience and actively advance our HR strategy. You’ll also help optimize our HR tool landscape, enhancing data management and process automation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Employee Support & Development: Serve as the go-to person for employee-related matters, contribute to performance reviews, and assist in implementing personal development and training programs.
2. HR Administration & Compliance: Maintain HR data in relevant systems, prepare contracts, references, and other documents. Ensure compliance with legal regulations and proper handling of sensitive information.
3. Process Optimization & Tools: Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, introduce and enhance HR tools (e.g., for time tracking, feedback, or absence management) to boost efficiency and transparency.
4. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with management, office management, and various teams to foster a positive, transparent organizational culture.
5. Recruitment Support & Onboarding: Onsite support for the Talent Acquisition Manager, coordinate professional onboarding to ensure new team members are quickly integrated.

Requirements

1. Several years of experience in HR, ideally in a dynamic agency or media environment.
2. Hands-on experience in preparing payroll (Germany).
3. Solid knowledge of onboarding, HR administration, and employee support practices.
4. Comfortable working with HR tools and software, with a willingness to implement new systems and improve existing processes.
5. Strong communication skills, empathy, and sensitivity when dealing with diverse stakeholders.
6. A structured, independent working style, strong organizational skills, and great attention to detail.
7. Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
8. Ideally you are based nearby or in Düsseldorf, or willing to relocate.
