HR Business Partner - Proclinical

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated HR Business Partner to join a Global HR team. This role involves partnering closely with employees and leaders in our global Commercial organization and collaborating with country managers and HR experts in Europe. The successful candidate will support Global HR initiatives within this region, helping to build and maintain a cohesive HR infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the Employee Life Cycle, from attracting and hiring top talent to ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
2. Facilitate performance management programs and support employees in their career development.
3. Provide strategic and operational HR support to managers, offering consultancy on HR-related issues.
4. Manage recruitment processes in cooperation with our Talent Acquisition Partner.
5. Implement and drive the Global HR strategy for Commercial functions and within the European region.
6. Participate and manage Global HR projects cross-functionally.

Key Skills and Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a HR Business Partner or in a similar role, preferably within a multinational company.
2. A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or another related field.
3. Deep knowledge on global and local HR practices including talent and performance management as well as employee relations.
4. Proficiency in Office 365 suite and HR systems (ideally SAP SuccessFactors).
5. Strategic thinker with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
6. Fluency in English and German; proficiency in additional European language is advantageous.
7. Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe.
