Reporting to the Group HR Director, this exciting new role is responsible for implementing HR European plans that align with Group HR strategy and business goals.

We want to be known for a world-class commercial function, and to do that we need to build and develop best-in-class processes, systems, and reporting. You’ll have autonomy to bring amazing ideas to the table and enable our commercial organization to exceed their goals and significantly contribute to positive business and customer outcomes.

The following outlines the primary areas of responsibility. Additional responsibilities or functions may be required as necessary to support the business:

  1. Collaborate with Regional Managing Directors and management across Europe to implement HR plans that align with Group HR strategy and business goals.
  2. Provide insights on workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
  3. Foster a collaborative culture, centered around coaching people to success.
  4. Improve employee experience and drive business success through people-focused strategies.
  5. Provide localized presence and support to act as a bridge between HR and business units, ensuring that HR solutions are aligned with overall company objectives.
  6. Provide expert knowledge and support including regional language skills.
  7. Follow all company policies and procedures including but not limited to Quality, Health and Safety, Environment, and Information Security.
  8. Perform any reasonable requests which are not defined but are within the ability of the individual.
  9. Act as a trusted advisor to Regional MD & management across TXO Europe on HR-related matters.
  10. Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work environment.
  11. Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts while ensuring compliance with employment laws.
  12. Partner with local managers to identify skill gaps and feed this into the Group HR Director to support the creation of the learning & Development strategy. Implement localized solutions.
  13. Support leadership development and coaching initiatives.
  14. Drive performance management processes, including goal setting and feedback sessions.
  15. Assist in managing organizational changes, including restructuring and cultural shifts.
  16. Support the integration of HR initiatives during mergers, acquisitions, and transformations.
  17. Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with labor laws and industry standards.
  18. Educate managers and employees on HR policies and best practices.
  19. Support workforce councils and consultation around change.
  20. Maintain accurate and current knowledge of local labor laws, ensuring business compliance across Europe.
