To support our HR activities in Germany, we are looking to hire an enthusiastic HR Assistant to support our tyre recycling plants in Dorsten, Kammlach, and Oranienburg in a full-time position.

As HR Assistant for our German production plants, you will play a key role in employee administration, payroll preparation, and recruitment processes – with office base at our Dorsten plant.

Tasks will involve:

1. Handling administrative HR tasks, including personnel file management
2. Assisting in recruitment, onboarding, and contract preparation
3. Supporting payroll processes and compliance initiatives
4. Coordinating training and development activities
5. Occasional travel to the other German plants and limited international travel for training sessions or meetings

Minimum Requirements:

1. 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in an operational role
2. Familiarity with payroll and administrative HR tasks
3. Knowledge of local labour laws and compliance standards
4. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
5. Excellent communication skills in German (native) and English (corporate language)
