Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team
Maintain and update employee personnel files and HR databases
Process new hire paperwork and onboarding documentation
Coordinate internal HR communications and meeting logistics
Manage incoming HR-related emails and phone inquiries
Prepare and update HR reports and spreadsheets
Assist with employee record-keeping and documentation
Support HR team in various administrative tasks and special projects
Key Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field OR training in the administrative field
1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in HR
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English
Basic understanding of HR processes and employment regulations
