Your Responsibilities
We’ve got the productivity tools – you’ve got the skills to make people fall in love with them! As our Sales Development Representative, you’ll be the driving force behind our sales pipeline. Your main focus will be identifying and engaging potential customers through outbound efforts, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for our sales team. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and sales teams to craft and execute outreach strategies that generate new business opportunities.
You'll be an integral part of our team, as you take charge of identifying and researching potential customers within target markets using various tools and strategies. What Makes You Special
1+ Years’ Experience: You bring experience in customer facing roles, preferably as an SDR in a SaaS environment. Work experience in the German public sector is a plus.
Outbound Experience: You have gained experience in cold calls and pitching to customers, who didn’t come in via Marketing or product led efforts. You're resilient, creative and always stay motivated to secure a deal.
Prospecting Skills: You know how to leverage tools to engage prospects across various channels (phone, email, LinkedIn).
Results-Driven: You bring a never-settle approach to achieving targets.
Operational Excellence: You’re efficient in your revenue driving activities, staying focused to grow the pipeline further.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools such as Dealfront, SFDC, Outreach, Cognism, Zoominfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
Industry Knowledge: You have a good understanding of the SaaS landscape and our target verticals. You stay on top of the latest news & industry trends.
Language Skills: You are proficient in both German and English, with a C2 level of fluency in each language.
Excellent Communicator: You can articulate your thoughts and express ideas effectively to different audiences.
