High School Girl's Coach and Teacher

Loop, a family-oriented K-12 school district, is seeking a motivated and experienced individual to serve as the Head Coach for High School girls. This position will also include a teaching assignment. Loop is a 4-Day school week with small class sizes.

Key Coaching Responsibilities:

1. Lead and oversee the high school girls programs.
2. Assist with coaching responsibilities for the girls track program.
3. Plan, organize, and conduct practices focusing on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
4. Collaborate with athletic director, staff, and parents to support success on and off the field/court.

Classroom Responsibilities:

1. Teach assigned subjects based on certification.
2. Monitor student progress and provide differentiated instruction as needed.
3. Participate in professional development and contribute to the school community.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
2. Valid Texas Teacher Certification.
3. Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills.
4. Have or willing to get a CDL.

Loop salary is competitive and will be based on years of experience. Coaching stipends for head and assistant responsibilities. Housing is offered based on availability.
